Meet Dominique

Dominique is a certified Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Prenatal instructor with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. After spending a decade in corporate America, Dominique followed her passion for wellness and built a career that centers around holistic health.

As a former athlete and experienced fitness instructor, Dominique blends in-depth knowledge with creativity to design mindful programs that inspire intentional movement. Her approach emphasizes functional strength and low-impact exercises, ensuring each session is effective, empowering, and sustainable for long-term health.

Dominique’s journey into holistic wellness began after being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Disease, which sparked a deeper commitment to clean living, self-growth, and mindful movement. She believes true wellness is rooted in the alignment of mind, body, and spirit, and that nurturing this connection fosters lifelong wellbeing.

Through this app, Dominique shares her unique method—combining strength training, yoga, and mat Pilates—to guide you in building strength, confidence, and resilience.
