Dominique is a certified Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Prenatal instructor with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. After spending a decade in corporate America, Dominique followed her passion for wellness and built a career that centers around holistic health.
As a former athlete and experienced fitness instructor, Dominique blends in-depth knowledge with creativity to design mindful programs that inspire intentional movement.
